{"id":613,"date":"2024-12-04T20:37:12","date_gmt":"2024-12-04T19:37:12","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/cdasexologue.fr\/?p=613"},"modified":"2024-12-04T20:43:55","modified_gmt":"2024-12-04T19:43:55","slug":"gerer-sa-crise-emotionnelle","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/cdasexologue.fr\/index.php\/2024\/12\/04\/gerer-sa-crise-emotionnelle\/","title":{"rendered":"G\u00e9rer sa crise \u00e9motionnelle"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Tout d&rsquo;abord, qu&rsquo;est-ce qu&rsquo;une crise \u00e9motionnelle ?<br>C&rsquo;est un surplus d&rsquo;\u00e9motions dites n\u00e9gatives, comme la peur, la frustation ou l&rsquo;ennui qui vont se condenser et cr\u00e9er une explosion \u00e9motionnelle, qui peut se manifester par des crises de larmes incontr\u00f4lables, des crises de paniques ou des pics de col\u00e8re intenses.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La crise \u00e9motionnelle intenvient lorsque les \u00e9motions sont enfouies et gard\u00e9es en soi trop longtemps, sans aucune \u00e9chappatoire. Le cerveau ne peut pas tout tenir, et laisse donc tout partir pour se purger de ce surplus \u00e9motionnel.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mais ces crises peuvent \u00eatre difficiles pour soi, pour l&rsquo;entourage. Elles sont souvent mal v\u00e9cues, et la perte de contr\u00f4le ressentie durant ces crises instaure un sentiment de crainte constant du type \u00ab\u00a0est-ce que \u00e7a va recommencer?\u00a0\u00bb<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Je vous donne ici trois id\u00e9es, trois astuces que vous pouvez utiliser pour parer \u00e0 une crise \u00e9motionnelle :<br>1. Sortir de la situation oppressante<br>Plus on va rester dans cette situation oppressante, plus la crise va arriver rapidement et de fa\u00e7on violente. Lorsque vous sentez que quelque chose commence \u00e0 vous frustrer, \u00e0 vous faire peur, plut\u00f4t que de subir jusqu&rsquo;au point de rupture, apprenez \u00e0 sortir de ces situations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2. M\u00e9diter<br>La m\u00e9ditation a des grandes vertues apaisantes. Plus on sera calme et apais\u00e9 naturellement, plus les crises mettront de temps \u00e0 apparaitre, et elles peuvent m\u00eame ne plus apparaitre du tout, car votre calme fera tampon et les \u00e9motions n\u00e9gatives ne prendront plus autant de place.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>3. Parler.<br>\u00c7a peut para\u00eetre dr\u00f4le ou \u00e9vident dit comme cela, mais parler est la premi\u00e8re et s\u00fbrement la chose la plus efficace que vous pouvez faire. Parler (ou \u00e9crire) permet de forcer l&rsquo;identification des diff\u00e9rentes \u00e9motions qui nous g\u00eanent et des situations qui y sont li\u00e9es. Parler permet d&rsquo;ext\u00e9rioriser la frustration, de diminuer la peur et de comprendre ce qui nous rend mal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La crise \u00e9motionnelle dans l&rsquo;intimit\u00e9 va fonctionner de la m\u00eame fa\u00e7on. La peur de performance, la peur du regard de l&rsquo;autre, la frustration d&rsquo;une mauvaise communication, ou d&rsquo;un acte qu&rsquo;on ne r\u00e9alise pas comme on le souhaiterait, l&rsquo;ennui qui s&rsquo;installer et qui nous grignote doucement mais s\u00fbrement. La liste peut \u00eatre tr\u00e8s longue. Mais les solutions sont possibles, et nous sommes tous capables d&rsquo;\u00e9voluer et d&rsquo;apprendre.<br>Prendre le temps de communiquer sur ce qui nous plait, ce qui ne nous plait pas, sur nos envies, nos attentes, nos limites. Il y a de l&rsquo;\u00e9rotisme dans la communication. Demander \u00e0 l&rsquo;autre s&rsquo;il aime telle ou telle chose, c&rsquo;est sexy !<br>Prendre le temps de se d\u00e9couvrir, de se souvenir des choses que l&rsquo;autre aime, celles qu&rsquo;il n&rsquo;aime pas, ce sont ces petites choses qui vont permettre de faire taire la peur, la frustration ou l&rsquo;ennui. Etre \u00e0 l&rsquo;\u00e9coute de soi et de l&rsquo;autre, et vraiment \u00e9couter, mettre en application et se souvenir, c&rsquo;est ce qui permet de garder une intimit\u00e9 saine, stimulante et excitante !<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cependant, si vous sentez qu&rsquo;il vous faut de l&rsquo;aide pour apprendre \u00e0 d\u00e9chiffrer ces \u00e9motions et \u00e0 les comprendre, contacter un professionnel comp\u00e9tent sera s\u00fbrement n\u00e9cessaire.
